Mobile phone charging need not to be a dangerous risk. All mobile phone owners should do is be responsible enough to observe battery recharging precautions that could spell out safety versus disaster.

Australian website Mama Mia advised against sleeping while charging a mobile phone, especially when the handset itself is above the bed.

“As you can see by the scorched blankets and pillows, spending the night with your phone while it’s plugged in is a risky move. This is because phone batteries heat up as they charge, and if the device has no ventilation while this is happening — because it’s snuggled up between a mattress and a blanket, for instance — there’s a chance it’ll overheat. The battery can then melt or explode, causing the phone and any surrounding materials to ignite.”

Innocently plugging your phone into one of those devices could damage the medical device, rendering it inoperable.”

Instead of Tesla’s electromagnetic fields that obviously transmit electromagnetic radiation, uBeam uses ultrasonic energy, or simply ultrasound. This is the type of wireless energy that can reliably, and most of all safely, transmit energy wirelessly. Why does it matter more? Because it can be used on over-distance wireless power transmission without endangering thousands of people’s health.”
